Cajita

The Cajita is a wooden shaped box with a hinged top and a handle. It is played while hanging around the player's neck. Its base is approximately 6" and the top is approximately 11". The Cajita is played by opening and closing the hinged lid with one hand, while the other hand hits the instrument with a stick.
